Investigation into coal mining

Students make inferences from a selection of contemporary sources about the problems and dangers of coal mining during the industrial revolution. They can use the evidence to write their own commissioner's report. Picture sources are included as a separate PDF file (and used courtesy of Britannica Image Quest).
