Comparison of totalitarian regimes

This resource provides an overview of the extent to which Nazi Germany, Stalinist Russia and Fascist Italy were totalitarian, and asks students to make a comparison. They compare features of the regimes including their official ideologies, systems of mass communication, use of personality cults and terror.
