One lucky primary class winner (40 pupils, 8 free teachers) and one lucky secondary class winner (40 pupils, 4 free teachers) can win this immersive bring your classroom learning to life prize!


A learning experience of a lifetime, your pupils will dive deep into a world of amazing discovery at SEA LIFE London Aquarium. The trip will encourage them to develop a love for the natural world as they are introduced to some of our core sea creatures – from sharks and jellyfish to sea turtles and seahorses! Pupils will be able to identify different ‘creature features’, understand creatures’ needs, and explore ocean, river and even rainforest habitats.

They will then take flight, 135m high in the sky as we welcome you onboard the London Eye and into your classroom with a moving view! Not only will pupils discover London’s iconic geographical and historical features, they can also analyse London’s changing architecture and its impact.

Example itinerary of the prize (for guidance on potential timings)

  • 10:00-12:00 Ticket collection and entrance to SEA LIFE London Aquarium
  • 12:00 Lunch (lunch room at SEA LIFE subject to availability, will need to be booked in advance)
  • 13:00-13:30 Collect tickets from the London Eye Ticket Hall and visit London Eye 4D Cinema Experience
  • 13:30-14:45 London Eye boarding line and Standard Experience (Subject to queue time).

  1. One lucky primary school class and one lucky secondary school class will win the prize.
  2. The primary winning class will be offered up to 40 pupil admission tickets and 8 teacher/adult tickets free of charge. The Secondary winning class will be offered up to 40 pupil admission tickets and 4 teacher/adult tickets free of charge. Any pupils or teachers in addition to this sum will need to pay the attractions school fee through the normal school booking procedure.
  3. The competition is free to enter and will run from 1st March to 1st April 2020. The winners will be contacted w/c 6th April. There will be 2 winners, one Teachit Primary member and one winner picked from all secondary Teachit subject sites: English, Maths, Science, Geography, History and Languages. All entries for the secondary sites will be collated. The winners will be picked at random.
  4. The school trip must be redeemed in term time on a weekday in the attractions opening hours and before Friday 24th July 2020. Exclusion dates are 10 April - 26 April 2020 and 23 May - 31 May 2020.
  5. The date must be mutually agreed in advance of the visit between the winner and the attraction. The winner will need to advise the Education Marketing Manager of their intended visit date at least 21 working days in advance of the date so that the complimentary tickets can be arranged. This can be done by emailing The attractions have the right to approve or disapprove the selected date at its absolute discretion.
  6. All entrants and the winner must be 18 or older. Proof of identity and age may be required.
  7. If Teachit do not hear from a winner of acceptance of the prize within 14 working days, then they reserve the right to draw another prize winner to be chosen.
  8. Please note: all travel to and from these attractions is the sole responsibility of the winner.

  10. The prize can only be used as stipulated and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in any other way. Sale or transferral of the prize is prohibited. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or ticket.
  11. Entry is open to UK primary and secondary school teachers and they must be a Teachit subscriber / free member. A teacher is defined as any employee of an educational establishment whose job title includes the word “teacher”. The application must be submitted during the course of their employment as a teacher.
